After studying herbal medicine for five years, I now work as a qualified Medical Herbalist.  I have been practising since 1993.  I am a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists.

I teach T'ai-Chi Ch'uan, which I have been practising for over 20 years.

I give treatments with Reiki healing.

I teach Meditation for inner peace.

I live and work in the South Croydon area.
